2 months agoI recently had my family's heat pump go out and I couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. I called Wise and they got me scheduled as soon as they could but it would still be a couple of days with no heat. The technician called me without me even having to request it and walked me through issues that could be wrong with the unit. We were able to get the system diagnosed over the phone and I was able to fix the problem with a little bit of time and elbow grease. They did not have to do that but they did and I owe my family's comfort to their team for the last couple of cold weeks of the year. Thank you! -

3 months agoNever received a response back from my call seeking their services Edit: 10-21-23. Wise H&C reached out to me after my initial review explaining they didn't have a record of me calling them. After providing them with a screenshot of my attempt to seek their services, they investigated further to try to identify why there was no record on their end of my attempts to reach them. Their response in this matter to identify & correct this situation is exactly the reason I reached out to them in the first place, which was due to the positive reviews I'd read when researching which company to call. This restores my initial impression of their business & employees based on the reviews I'd read prior to attempting to contact them. Therefore I am updating my review to 5 stars & I will consider contacting them again in the future if I have need of their services. I appreciate their effort to respond , investigate & try to understand & resolve my concerns. I have replaced my Heating & Cooling company & now use WISE H&C exclusively & fully endorse this company -

They've been servicing my furnace and A/C for five years, and their honesty, professionalism, and communication have always been outstanding. They show up on time, every time, and they do the job right. I normally work with Jake, who is exceptional, but everyone on their team is great. This is a wonderful family-owned business, and it shows in the quality of their work and the loyalty they show to their long-time clients. I'm incredibly grateful for their outstanding service. When you have a problem, they show up and fix it. Highly recommend! -
