Fair pricing, honest advice, and a clear line-by-line bid gave us confidence in their services from the beginning. When the install day finally arrived, they showed up in force with the professionals and equipment needed to get the job done in one day. And, they executed like a well oiled machine; no rush, just steady progress. Once the dust had settled, Hayden, the installer, stayed around to check every fail safe on the backup generator. 1 year agoAbsolutely the best and worth every penny. Even though we are in the Lexington area, we hire them for our REAL generator issues when it needs done right the first time. Joseph is 1st class, as it seems every one that I have spoken to. I own a Solar company and it is very difficult to find this level of quality service when it comes to generators. I am very thankful we have such a company to service our clients when issues arise.
