10 years agoThey came over, answered my questions and gave me an estimate and setup a pickup time. They kept in touch about each rug and asked my approval. The owner gave me many tips as how to protect and maintain my Persian rugs that no one else had shared with me. On delivery day, they arrived on time and placed each rug where it belonged. The rugs look so beautiful after they cleaned them. They restored on Persian rug and for life of me I cannot even tell where the rug was damaged. My dog had chewed the corner of the rug and the restored it to its original design. Their service, honesty and work is amazing! I will never use any other company ever again for Oriental/Persian rug cleaning.

FAQ
How does k&nrugs determine pricing for carpet installation?
We assess pricing based on the project's specifics, including measurements, materials like carpet and padding, site preparation, cutting, and installation needs. Factors such as room size, layout for seams, and any additional services like fire or water damage restoration influence the final quote. We provide clear estimates after an in-home visit to ensure you understand all included elements upfront.
Are you licensed and insured?
k&nrugs carries the necessary licensing, bonding, and insurance to protect your home and our team during carpet contracting, fire damage, and water damage work. This coverage safeguards against any issues that may arise on the job. Homeowners can request proof of these credentials before we start.
Does k&nrugs handle water damage and fire damage along with carpet installation?
We manage the full scope from water damage restoration to fire damage services, integrated with our carpet contracting expertise. Our process includes site prep, precise measuring, cutting, and securing new carpets after addressing damage for durable results. This comprehensive approach ensures your space is restored effectively without separate contractors.
What is your typical timeline and arrival window for installations?
We come to your home for measuring and an initial estimate, then set a pickup or installation time with clear communication throughout. Timelines depend on project size but we keep you informed on each step, including approval before proceeding. Expect us to arrive within the agreed window to minimize disruption.
What does k&nrugs do for cleanup and after-care after installation?
We handle debris removal from old materials during site prep and leave your space clean after precise carpet installation and finishing. The owner provides practical tips on protecting your new flooring, such as maintenance routines to extend its life. Regular vacuuming and prompt spill cleanup help maintain the carpets' condition long-term.
Why is hiring you better than doing carpet installation as a DIY project?
Our hands-on method covers professional measuring, cutting, and securing to prevent issues like uneven seams or loose edges that DIY often causes. We ensure proper site prep and finishing for carpets built to endure, reducing future repairs. This expertise avoids common pitfalls like inadequate padding or poor adhesion that compromise safety and longevity.
