4 months agoThink twice before hiring. I used service longer than I should as finding cleaners in my area is hard. Originally, cleaning service was fine. However, over 2025, service started slipping - showing up late, not showing up at all when scheduled, not communicating when scheduled to be there, and lower quality cleaning. By November/December 2025, dependability worsened. Then, a bottle of Chanel perfume disappeared and I noted after the cleaning but she never ultimately responded to request to ask her staff if they moved or inadvertently broke. She also asked for prepayment for thst same cleaning, which was odd. Privately, she asked to purchase furniture of mine since I was moving. I saved the furniture for a month for her and scheduled pick up day. I followed up as date approached. No response. Then date of pick-up, she messaged 2 pm pretending she got dates mised up when dates were in the message chain. I already knew she wasn't going through with sale. It all shows lack of character and dependability and potential theft. I should have listened to my gut after the red flags. -

4 months agoMade an appointment for "deep cleaning". Much left to be desired after job was "completed". Not to mention Brittney showed up 3 hours late. Rescheduled for follow up routine cleaning (second chances) Brittney text less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment and cancelled. Refuses to respond to text or refund required deposit. Very clear to see why this person is self-employed. Avoid doing business with this company. Unprofessional, late, inconsiderate, and discourteous. -
