4 months agoDriveway looks good and work appears top notch. Very reasonably priced too. However, they were about 45 mins late to their estimate appointment. Said I would receive their estimate that evening. Had to reach out 3 days later to get it. Scheduled them for a Monday morning. No call no showed that day. I called and was told they'd be there the next morning. Get a text the next day that I'm on the schedule between 11-6 (worse than an Internet installation). They called at 545 and asked if they could still come out. Got there at 610. -

6 months agoCalled them and had an appointment setup for an estimate on Tuesday over a week ago. No one ever showed, and couldn't get ahold of anyone for several days. It wasn't until the following Monday(6 days) that I actually got someone to answer my call. They apologized for the mixup, no big deal, scheduled another visit....No one showed. I was really hoping this one would work out because I really don't want to deal with the BS that comes with one of the chains. Oh well -

8 months agoWould love to give them a rave review but they never showed up. I was given 10 to 4 window for the estimate. When I heard nothing by 3PM, I called a left a message to call me regarding the appointment since I had to leave at 4:15 PM. It is now the day after and I still have not been contacted. Too bad, since I prefer to support family owned businesses. -

1 year agoFirst time with Jim Reynolds & they will get the call back for the next round. Had to wait out a lot of rain days but the job was done quickly when it dried out. The steepness of my driveway is challenging but they recoated the top a second time immediately upon request. Thanks for the prompt response & understanding.
