2 months agoLet me just say that Austin, the Door-Tech technician, went far and above what was required in order to repair our homes out of alignment and partially off-track garage door! In addition to that, he was able to come to our house on the same day (within roughly a couple of hours, actually), even though I didn't make the call until approx. 3 pm. He understood how important it was to us to get the door repaired ASAP, if for nothing else, for security purposes (attached garage), and that spoke volumes to both me and my wife! Not only did he get our garage door repaired and back in operation within a very reasonable time-frame, but he also made various spring etc. adjustments, as well as other extra tweaks, which made our garage doors operation much more efficient, as well as even somewhat quieter! Austin also offered me many good tips for the door's maintenance, and he was super friendly and a joy to talk to! Oh yeah, the cost of the repair and service was more than reasonable!! 5 Star++ -

9 months agoMy elderly mother had her garage door failure this past Sunday and asked me to help her find a company that would not try to take advantage of her as many companies had or tried in the past. I found door-tech with highest reviews. Got a reply within 20 minutes on a Sunday. I wasted the day debating and finally decided to go with door-tech Monday. The technician, Brad was very professional, and was quick to respond. He got her door fixed quickly and was extremely knowledgeable. They didn't charge for the estimate and priced extremely fair. She was very pleased with his work and expectional value. The service even came with a one-year warranty, which gave us peace of mind. I wholeheartedly recommend this company. You can take my word for it or waste your time getting quotes and see for yourself. Had one company say they would charge double for Sunday and another a $65 fee for just a quote. Honest services like this is hard to find nowdays.
