12 months agoThe technicians are top notch! But, I have been trying to get the spring check up on my system scheduled for over a month and get no response when I contact MMI. I gues I will have to go elsewhere. -

1 year agoGreat job installing 2 Carrier AC units to replace the 2 Carrier units they installed 32 years ago! They even put an extension on the the natural gas valve so they could keep the units as close to the house as possible. Same family owned company providing excellent service for a fair price. -

1 year agoUpdated review: I'm convinced that my previous experience was a rare occurance/just a bad day for that one technician. The company responded quickly and appropriately to my complaint and sent a new team. Alex was fantastic. He answered all my questions and paid excellent attention to detail in inspecting every aspect of my air system. He was personable, informative and efficient! Best of all, they've been gone less than an hour and my house has already cooled a couple degrees, so I think it may be fixed with his adjustments and such! No company is perfect but excellent customer service earns 5 stars in my book! Previous review: Very disappointed with this service company! Scheduling was difficult and they arrived well past the expected time. The lead man decided very quickly that the only issue was the capacitor needed changed. They never even looked at the inside unit at all. They just swapped the capacitor out quickly on the outside unit and indicated everything was fixed: fan was running now. Except the fan had been running earlier without cooling. When I mentioned this he became very rude and condescending and was unwilling to answer my questions so I could understand. I was able to go inside with the 2nd guy for a minute to check the vent and he was much nicer but didn't seem to understand either. When we went back outside he talked to the rude guy asking a question and saying I still didn't understand. He even went so far as to tell the rude guy "she's right there" indicating that he could talk to me and answer my questions instead of ignoring me and being rude. I tried to explain what I had seen/heard yesterday and that it was the same as it was now so I wasn't sure the capacitor was the only problem. Instead of explaining or even trying, his answer was "how would you know?" At that point I just told them to wrap up and leave. We weren't going to get anywhere with his attitude. They've been gone for over an hour and while the fan has been running nonstop the temperature inside still hasnt changed at all. I have no confidence that the capacitor was the only issue but I can't take another day off work this week to call another company to actually check everything. Very much do not recommend this company!
