1 year agoMMI and Belinda were so responsive and helpful when I reached out. I was looking for someone to repair my Bosch system, when my regular company was unable to do so. So I was a brand new, unknown customer, but that didn't seem to matter!! MMI immediately came to my house to assess the situation and then immediately took care of the issue. I never felt that I was put at the end of a technician's schedule or put off til later as a new customer. Plus, they didn't know if I'd have repeat business or not. I will be a return customer and schedule routine checkups!
