8 years agoTerrible. Jake came out for an estimate for our air conditioner that wasn't working properly. I was given a $1300 quote. My husband wanted a second quote and the 2nd guy fixed the air conditioner that evening for $300. I tried contacting the boss and he never returned my call. It's been over a week and my air is nice and cool. He didn't just put a bandaid on, he fixed it. I'm upset I was going to be ripped off by $1000 most likely because I'm a female. Well, not only have they lost a customer, I will tell everyone not to use them, or at least not send Jake to thier house. -
