2 months agoHaving previously experienced two other HVAC companies in Lexington with modest satisfaction, I knew we needed to keep searching for one that we felt comfortable with. That's when a neighbor recommended KATS. From the moment one of the owners (John) came out and reviewed our heat pump, I felt confident in his expertise in correctly diagnosing our HVAC problems. After Mardy conducted his review, I felt even more comfortable and confident with his recommendation that a new properly sized heat pump was needed to resolve our HVAC issues. Both John & Mardy were very thorough in their explanations that made us feel comfortable with using KATS in resolving our HVAC issues. While replacing our heat pump system was a major unplanned expense, we felt comfortable that KATS would provide quality service and stand behind their work should problems arise. The entire KATS team was super professional, knowledgeable and efficient. We are incredibly pleased with the outcome and will trust KATS for all future HVAC needs. -

6 months agoHi I'm Lulu. A cat who does reviews. To be honest, my human picked this place mainly because of the name. Which admittedly is a great name. They came out and to be fair they did the work and had a reasonable price. But the technician at one point asked my human if she had a husband or boyfriend who could help her maintain her AC unit and that's just not cool. -

8 months agoExcellent from start to finish. We knew our furnace was nearing the end for quite some time and were nervous about such a big purchase since HVAC is not something we know much about. KATS was very accommodating and took as much time as we needed to explain everything going on. Even climbing in the attic with me to talk through everything that was done and returning two days later to install our smart thermostat. -
