Diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and was out the door within an hour. So kind and helpful. Even sent me videos he made to explain in detail what he changed and how to look for it myself. Cannot recommend enough! -

I was having winter troubles where my heat wasn't properly kicking on, and was living a couple weeks of this winter with cold days in the house around 60 degrees. Giles came out, immediately diagnosed what was wrong and fixed my problem in under 30 mins. Couldn't recommend this company enough! -

3 months agoMr Scialdone (owner) is as honest as the day is long. I had called and asked him what his opinion was on a noise my furnace starting making today. He went through the possibilities and what each could cost. After talking we called our property manager to make sure we could schedule the work and unfortunately (unknown to us)our property manager has an exclusive contract with a competitor. I reached back out to Mr Scialdone and gave him the news and offered to pay the diagnosing fee since he was such a big help. He refused. I assured him that he earned it and he just said to keep him in mind if anything happens in the future that he may be able to help with. This is how business should be done. Well done sir. God bless!
