3 months agoI love using small business' and hate leaving bad reviews but unfortunately my husband and I did not have a good experience with this company and I advise you to look somewhere else. My husband and I got a white vinyl fence which was looking great until the next day after they put it up. I noticed that the fence door was quite crooked and where my dogs could escape from. (The purpose for our fence was not just privacy but for our dogs so they couldn't get out). My husband called THE NEXT DAY, not a week or a month later...the next day and they told us that technically it's "correct" in their eyes but if they want us to have them come and fix it we would need to pay an additional fee. We were very upset about the situation because I had hoped since it was the next day they would just come out and adjust it but that was not the case. After the fence was installed they left holes in the fence from adjusting the door so we will be having to fix that as well with someone else. They had also mentioned it was "expensive" for them to come out again to adjust the fence. I understand it may be expensive but you should choose to have your customers satisfied and have a well installed product especially when they are giving you thousands of dollars. I hate to leave this review but unfortunately I just want others to read it so make sure they understand how this company treats their customers. Or better yet I hope the company thinks of their customers first. -

6 months agoAn absolute pleasure dealing with this company. They completed 190 liner feet in 3 days from start to finish. They left they everything, neat, tidy and well finished. After meeting with 5 other companies we're glad we chose Borders. -

From getting a quick quote, redesigning to accommodate my HOA to fence completion within the time frame quoted and that was between storms. Some of the most respectful young men I have come in contact with in a while. Oh, and my fence is exactly what I envisioned!! 100% recommend! -

Also they made me feel comfortable and they were very nice and respectful and relatable! I would have no problem hiring them again ! I feel it's not just about the work it's about who does it and how they treat u.. thanks u guys!
