1 year agoOver here from eBay. I had purchased a used credit card terminal to save a buck. The listing specified that there was no battery included. That terminal (wise E) requires a battery to operate, unfortunately the manufacturer (Stripe) says to outright purchase a new terminal. I help a nonprofit and personally pay for billing equipment myself to donate my knowledge and time. Punching a new one was out of the question and I couldn't find a battery anywhere. They saw that I had listed the terminal to try to recover some of my costs and offered to send a battery free! They had no idea it was for charity until I informed them about it. Amazon people, every time I need someone for a project I look here first! -

9 years agoPLEASE READ I bought a pre owned MacBook from IT Supply Solutions. They gave me a great deal on it, and even backed it with a 3 month warrenty. After a week, I found out that there was an issue with the IO Board, something IT Supply Solutions didn't test for before they sold it to me. A $310 fix through Apple. I spoke with Scott, their Senior Account Manager, and he replaced it for free, and even upgraded me to a newer MacBook because of the inconvenience. This company GENUINELY cares about their customers, and I highly recommend you give them a call. -
