Their prices were the best of any quote we were able to get - in our case, for the exact same windows as a competitor. 4 years down the road and we are completely happy with the window and the install. They made a huge different in our utility bills and the look of the house. I'd recommend them to anyone. -

6 years agoTerry canceled the appointment to measure shortly before he was supposed to arrive, then showed up a day later without rescheduling first. They then provided a quote without asking what kind of door we wanted. I made an appointment and drove all the way across town only to find they had closed to store to run errands, and was told I could come back later. After telling them I wanted a prefinished door, I was told this is not something that can be ordered, that doors have to be ordered unfinished and they then finish them for you. I know this to be incorrect since I just ordered a prefinished door less than a year ago from the same manufacturer. Terry called back about a week later to follow up and was very rude when he was told we went with another company. Hands down, the worst customer service I have ever received and I do NOT recommend them! -
