2 months agoIf I could leave zero stars I would. Terrible experience! Salesman, Marvin, came to my house to start the process. We discussed items I needed. At some point after calling several times, he dropped off samples and that was it! Would not answer calls, no follow-up, no regard. I spent a couple weeks "trying" to work with this company and person. I would not waste my time! Use someone professional, not these guys! I actually had to dispose of their carpet samples after they set in my garage for months. -

When the manufacturer, BPI, would NOT honor the warrant for a faulty finish, Shawn at Shop at Home helped make it right! They are an amazing company who care about customer satisfaction!! Unlike BPI. We will never own anything they make! -

We are remolding to sell our home and now I want to stay. :) we put them in our kitchen, bedroom and laundry room. It matches beautifully with the new paint. Thank you all at shop at home carpets!
