They are always helpful and make sure to get you the best possible product within your budget. Their delivery team is also outstanding. Both times they were super respectful and had incredible manners. Not to mention how well our flooring has held up after a few years. We will always go to Tony and his team for our flooring needs. -

1 year agoSummary: Original estimate was doubled, project was 2 months over schedule and they smoked in our home Please do not utilize this business. We asked them to convert carpet to laminate and the original estimate was about $3000. They ordered the material WITHOUT viewing our house first. After ordering it, we had to contact them multiple times to see if anything was being done and that was the only time that the project moved forward. After the material arrived, the contractors (that they hired) said they couldn't get started because BG Hardwood should have came to see the house before ordering the materials. This is when the estimate more than doubled to a total of $7000 because they said we never told them we had stairs (my wife confirms we told them this). New materials were ordered with us having to call and check the status almost daily. The contractors came back to install it where we found out they were smoking in our home Do not go with this company -

2 years agoWent in there and picked out the laminate flooring I'm wanting and guy takes down my information to come and measure floors. About 5 days later I went over there again to look at carpet and to find out when they are coming to measure the floors. A different man was helping me this time. He says give me your name, number and address again because he said that guy I first talked to was forgetful. He then told me he'd be at my house about 8:30 the next morning. Well the man NEVER showed up and neither one have yet to call me back. What, do you have to beg people to do their job these days?? Not me I'll take my business elsewhere. Why even have a business if your not going to run it like you should? Do I have to remind you without customers you are no business. I will spend my money elsewhere. -
