4 months agoSouthwestern Remodeling installed a backsplash in my kitchen. While there were some communication issues that led to an outcome I wasn't completely happy with, Wes did fix some of the problems. A big part of the confusion stemmed from the initial sales process. The salesperson was friendly but seemed inexperienced, and a few important details weren't clearly explained upfront. Ultimately, fully resolving my concerns would have been too complex, and the manager offered a full refund-not because he felt the work was subpar, but because I wasn't completely satisfied when requested details went unmet. I chose to pay half, and I appreciated their willingness to prioritize customer service and make things right, that effort is what earns this a 4 star review. -

5 months agoEven though I decided to "go a different direction".....because of cost......i can't say enough great things about Keaten Mans. He came out, discussed the project, and gave me a quote. He is the perfect "face / spokesman" for this company. -
