4 months agoWe recently replaced our 31 year old Furnace and 23m year old Heat Pump. It all started with Jeremy coming out to perform and inspection. We got to talking about total replacement and he was very patient and helpful in explaining the new units, how they worked and the cost. Once we decided on the units we were scheduled and two weeks later Garrett and Ricardo showed up and replaced our old units. Again they were very patient and helpful to us. The next day we called the office to pay and talked to Rene who again was very patient and helpful. Jason was the last person we talked to about rebates. All in All it was a great experience. We've gone through this exercise about four times in our 70 years on this earth and I can truly say these people were the best. I would recommend this crew to anyone. They are the greatest. -

4 months agoDangerous and unsafe employee. At 118 pm on 235 south, a white pickup came speeding in behind me. Then proceeded to tailgate me and ride my bumper until I moved over. So, I moved over they could speed off down the road. I can presume that this is how they must conduct their business. We definitely do not need that kind of mindset working in our facilities. I would not want shortcuts or something being missed that might have a critical outcome. So I personally, have blacklisted them from my company and affiliates. -

8 months agoWithin a few minutes of being in our home Jason diagnosed an airflow issue. He was very thorough and we appreciate his expertise. Immediately our A/C was working more efficiently. He found what many other companies missed and we are thankful for his service. -
