He understood our particular concerns and involved himself in finding appropriate solutions to these issues. He sent an excellent installation crew to do the job. They were very careful workmen, cleaned up, and kept in touch with me during the three days it took to replace our two systems. They were polite, and installed both furnaces and compressors in accordance with my high standards. Chris briefed his crew prior to their arrival to ensure that they understood my requirements. I give Chris Highfill and Frederick HVAC my highest recommendation. -

1 year agoNathan was professional, kind, and quick at his job. He installed a utility sink in my basement, along with a sump pump to pump it into my sewer. His work looks clean and well-finished; he took the time to make it work well and look right. The price was inordinately fair too. Frederick Plumbing is lucky to have Nathan on their team. -

1 year agoCalled about a condensation problem with my furnace and was told the problem was fixed the cost was nearly $400. A couple hours later I noticed it wasn't fixed and called them back. They repaired the problem and charged me another $420. Not impressed.
