Brian explained everything clearly and gave us quotes for the work we wanted done plus options for a couple other things he found that he recommended fixing. This tech quickly & properly confirmed the true issue and got it running again. Very impressed with him. He also confirmed there was nothing wrong with the part the first tech said was defective. -

All in all they fixed what needed to be fixed and helped with preventive issues. We had great service from Taylor, Ebuka and Trevor. Great to work with, very efficient, cleaned up the area.
