She not only is pleasant to work with, but she ia also very knowledgeable. She made picking out carpet so easy even with all of the great choices they offer. 1 year agoWow, where to begin. We can not say enough great things about Murray's Flooring, especially Ryan. We were about to bring our 1 year old daughter home from the hospital for the very first time and needed to make some upgrades to our home to make it functional for her needs. When Ryan came out to our home to give us an estimate, my husband mentioned why we were under such a time crunch and needed to know if that would be possible.When Ryan left I got a call shortly after and he wanted to come back ASAP because he had some flooring he thought would be perfect. I was in KC with my daughter in the NICU but was going to be heading back home in a few hours to drop something off. We met Ryan at the house and he explained he and Murray's Flooring wanted to put our floor in at no cost. Our story was close to home and they wanted to pay it forward and help someone else out. We were overwhelmed with appreciation, gratitude and generosity. From start to finish even before they knew our situation, they were quick to respond, super friendly and the work they did was outstanding. We can't wait to one day redo our bathroom and will be going through them and continue to recommend them to everyone. -

2 years agoThey did amazing job. We had our whole house carpeted. Carpet has been installed over a year and looks brand new like it did the day of install. The staff and installers prompt efficient and cleaned up after completed work. We are referring our mother for her new place next month.
