  Overall very well. The company was one of three recommended by an engineer from our church. All bids were close, but Arrow's was the lowest. Arrow's president, Joe Firth, was extremely knowledgable and answered all questions fully. All work was performed efficiently and with as little interference with our day-to-day life as possible for this type of work. We were especially concerned about possible damage to our granite kitchen countertops, but Joe was on top of it and everything went according to plan with no damage.

  I was most impressed off the bat with their willingness to make as many precautions up front as possible to spare our home the amount of soil and dust that were likely to accumulate during the process of drilling holes INSIDE our home through the floors...They stretched a thick plastic liner from ceiling to floor throughout the area of the house they would be working in....They came to work every day exactly on time and had that drilling inside completed within three days....the outside holes took two more...they returned immediately to fill the holes with concrete, first inside then out....The crew was always headed by the same very responsible crew chief who was always sweeping my floors and trying to do his best to keep things as neat as one could in such a suitation...After the steel reinforcing rods and concrete go in the holes, one must wait at least 10 days for that concrete to cure before leveling....The leveling itself was miraculous: The crown molding came together in the corners, all those cracks closed in the walls, floors felt level..doors that hadn't opened in years now open and close and so on....because they took care in drililng those holes in the floor our tile man was able to patch those areas with ease...Yes, we have had to camoflage some with scatter rugs or furniture but all in all we saved a beautiful home and feel confident that we are FIXED. Joe also held up on refilling several of the holes in the home with dirt after the lift because we hired a separate plumbing engineer to make sure that all the plumbing damaged in the lift could be gotten to more easily by taking advantage of some of the holes that the foundation people had dug...after the lift had been accomplished and the steel shims placed, the plumbing engineer came in with his team and made sure that all the plumbing tested successfully or was fixed..This took another work week..The plumbers then filled the holes they used up with dirt...Joe's crew (ARROW) came back to finish those holes out with the concrete...This was a larger than average project and was finished from the first day to the last in almost exactly two months..but that included the plumbers work and two or three days that were lost due to rain. Another couple of days were lost while waiting for city inspectors to give their ok to the piers and plumbing. After the plumbers left, the tile refinishers came and cleaned up floor to ceiling before we took up residence again..But, we feel we got an extraordinary amount of work done within two months and most of that was due to crews being dependable and on time and to the willingness of all involved to collaborate.
