1 year agoVery thankful for the team at Pestingers. Had issues with our heater. They came to fix it weeks ago while it was still cold out. Told us we would need to do a pretty expensive replacement but were able to make sure we had heat safely until we could do that. Did the replacement but after they left our laundry room door wouldn't open all the way. Came back next day we were home and fixed that plus hung the door. They have all been super friendly and great to work with! -

2 years agoOur Geothermal unit quit cooling a Sunday night during a week-long August Kansas heatwave. I called pestingers at 6:40 AM Monday morning, just hoping to leave a voicemail for the service department. I was very surprised. When can the service manager Ken answer the phone. I explained the situation going on to him. He said they would get a technician scheduled that morning, and have them out shortly. The technician arrived before 9 AM and Found a bad capacitor on the unit. He went back to the shop to get parts and had it up and running before 10 AM. My wife runs a home based childcare center, so keeping the house cool is very important. If she can't open her business for the day, the children's parents can't go to work! Thanks so much to Pestingers for promp, reliable and dependable service!
