3 months agoHad a hard time getting in touch with them for weeks. Just not answering their answering system. I just had a simple wall switch and plug issue, so there's not much to go on. Update: 2025 Nov. Never got the switch fixed, and the employee charged me 3 times to make a house call and didn't even use their own plug. Used mine and still tried to charge me for nothing done. It's not the owner of this company. It's the one worker who doesn't know what he's doing or is just scamming people. Told him if he didn't come back and fix this socket, he might end up in the socket inside the wall. -

1 year agoHelm Electric hooked the power back up on our house after a bad storm. They came out promptly to unsure we didn't go long without power. The electrician was professional and our bill was very reasonable. Very grateful for the great service and Helm Electric will always be my first call when needing an electrician. -
