1 year agoThey installed an entire heating and air system 4 years ago for me. I've had issues on two separate occasions since they installed the system, both times they sent out an employee that was not a certified at heating and air and was on the job training. This year a wire had come disconnected where they had put a wire nut on during the initial installation, something that in my opinion should never of happened causing the wire nut to arc and melt off. Once the wire was secured back on my system worked. I received a bill for 210.00 dollars and questioned the bill as it was an installation error, not a part failure. I was told that Tony said that he cannot guarantee wiring to come apart and said the bill was for gas and his employees wage. I guess if you cannot stand by your work as a company then you shouldn't be in a business. -

1 year agoI would put zero stars if it was an option. Dimitri came out and checked out my unit and let me know what was wrong, very polite. I replaced the part and it still failed. I called back to have someone come out to look at it again and they werent available for a couple days so i was trying to work out a time for them to cone back out. I was put on hold and a man named Tom got on the phone and was very rude and hung up on me! Do not recommend them!! Very unprofessional!! -

1 year agoWe had plumbing work done by them in March. Our laundry room flooded about a week after they came, so we called them back out and they said it was not caused by them. They did work outside of the house which then caused massive sink holes in our yard. Since then, our home has flooded multiple times. This house is over 100 years old and has NEVER had water problems/ foundation problems. -
