3 months agoI'm giving this company 1 star and wish I could give them zero. Zero would be a compliment. I think this is the first ever Google review I have written this negative. I can't write out everything this company did to us, but I would stay away at all costs. We have been remodeling our home for 5 months and haven't had an issue with any trade except this one. They laced in our floor and tried to tell us the pictures below were acceptable. I voiced my concern prior to starting (before they anhd done anntthing) about the color variation and was told to pick a medium to dark color, and not worry about it. The pictures included were what they tried to sell me. I asked why they did the entire home when the variation was that bad, and they said because it's too expensive to stop. Their workers would show up unannounced and leave tools everywhere, completely disregarding others (who were actually scheduled) working in the home. The owner missed stair nosing in his original quote, then told me 3 hours before finishing the final topcoat, that I needed to pay him an actions $300 + or he wasn't going to finish, which is illegal. The communication was terrible and the owner would tell me they were scheduled at different various times, even though I had the exact times in writing via text. The owner event went so far, after not sending the guys as scheduled, and accused me of deleting his texts off his phone? It was very weird and I am slightly concerned that a business owner even thought. That was possible. All companies make mistakes, but the way this company handled the mistakes was horrible. I am completely disgusted in how the owner spoke to us, treated us, blamed a mismatched floor on us, trespassed in my house when I asked him to tell me before coming over. His workers took their shirts off once they started working. We asked for a satin topcoat. They left an empty bucket of semi gloss at my house and said they didn't want to hear from me again after I questioned them. I would do whatever possible to avoid this company. They are unorganized, rude, sloppy, and disrespectful. We will likely be pursuing legal action and have reported them to the BBB -
