He went the extra mile to diagnose the situation, even twice going out for extra parts to ensure the job was done correctly and in one stop. 5 stars! -

3 months agoI've been a satisfied customer of Cate's Service for several years now. I'm a member of their ""Comfort Plan", which I get both a AC & furnace preventitivr maintenance inspection and cleaning. In addition, I receive 10% savings on repairs, priority service calls, and no emergency service rates on nights and weekends. I have my residence and rental properties on this plan. I believe I've received honest advice and service from Cates. I called them years ago for a 2nd opinion to make an over $1,000 repair recommendation from a company that says you can trust them with your house keys. Cates said there was nothing wrong that needed repaired. I FIRED that company, & have been with Cates ever since. I believe regular service and maintenance prolongs my HVAC equipment. I've also purchased 2 complete HVAC systems from Cates, and those experiences were both reasonably priced and positive. I have no reservations in giving Cates my highest recommendation. And those that know me understand I'm not an easy customer to deal with. They've earned my trust and my business. It's hard to find an honest repair service. So far I've been very satisfied!! -
