7 years agoBUYER BEWARE We hired Glen (owner of Midwest Pools), to install new popl equipment and other associated plumbing work. Unfortunately we had an extremely poor experience with the quality of the work, and over priced equipment. He pressured us to purchase the equipment from his company, rather than sourcing on our own, which would have saved us tens of thousands. One of our heaters actually quit working in less than 6-months of purchasing, and he gave us the phone number to Pentair and wished us good luck. Bottom line you must be aware that even though finding a good pool company is not an easy task in Kansas, we would not do business with Glen Westervelt, or any company he is associated with. He cannot be trusted, nor does he back up the poor workmanship by his employees. Make sure that you do plenty of research on the company and ask for multiple references before you get burned like we did.
