2 years agoI would NEVER recommend Advanced Flooring. They have a great upfront sales pitch, but a worthless guarantee for product quality and service. The owner, Paul, promised to have the installation/manufacturer defects repaired over 2 years ago, and hasn't been returning my voicemails or emails since. The 'commercial grade' LVP has separated and is scratching throughout. The grout on my LVT starting cracking within weeks of moving in. The LVT is on heated floors and the incorrect grout was used. The carpet started pulling. The installer came out and said it was a manufacturer defect. When Paul came out to look at the issues, he agreed and said he would get in contact with the manufacturer to get a new product ordered; I still haven't heard from Paul. I paid in full, promptly, and once they cashed that check, their customer service was no longer existent -

10 years agoWe had a great experience with advanced flooring. We knew we wanted to re-do our flooring, but weren't quite sure what type of floor we wanted to install. The owner came out and measured our rooms and gave great suggestions on what would look nice. He didn't try to oversell any products, he took into account our budget and our future plans for this home. He informed us about the longevity of each product, the environmental factors, even gave great suggestions on color. The installation was quick and well done. The installers were trustworthy and friendly and did what they could to keep our house livable during the process. -
