4 weeks agoONLY use this company for electrical/HVAC work in an area that will not be seen or does not need to be water tight. If they try to say they can do jobs beyond that please do not buy it, as they do not have the expertise or attention to detail to do proper work in other areas. These pics are taken the morning after the work was completed.... Doesn't look like fresh, proper, or well done work does it? This is how they left the FRONT DOOR of my home. Everything shown in this picture is work they claimed to stand by and even after sharing these photos no discount or refund was offered on this work. Below I will list everything wrong with the job that a second company noted and will note the items with an * that welcome home offered to fix, the rest of the job was defended as work they stand by. As you can see by that, fixing those issues would have no impact on the total failure this job was, it needs completely redone. Every dollar spent on this was wasted. Would you have this company return to your home knowing this is the work they do? work area was not cleaned before work or before silicon application. (The silicon won't hold very long because of this) cosmetically unacceptable silicon application *threshold was not replaced to the right height resulting in an over half inch gap under my front door letting in air, water, street noise, and critters. * door bell wire original to home was unexpectedly cut and no longer operable. Offered to come back replace with non hardwired doorbell with wiring visible outside the exterior the home or wireless doorbell that would not utilize the original bell. wood was not cut to spec, not measured properly for the job, silicon was instead used to fill in large gaps caused by inappropriate measuring. incorrect materials used. areas of patio needed replaced with mortar or cement not dumped full of poorly applied silicon pressure treated sub sill is exposed not covered. Cosmetically awful. knotted side of wood sub sill exposed to moisture. (Pressure treated or not water in the knot will still rot the wood) water pooling in the valley of silicon. holes in the silicon application leading to home foundation. work area was not cleaned after work leaving debris and dust -screws of threshold are jutting out Now do you think letting welcome home fix the * items would fix this job? It's a complete failure that they shouldn't have accepted payment on. They wanted me to send in writing that I refused their remedy when in reality I didn't see the point in fixing two issues of a total botch job that needs complete redone. Keep an eye on my user reviews to see the after photos from the other company that will end up properly redoing this disaster of a project. Over 650$ accepted by welcome home on totally unusable work. UPDATE TO BUSINESS REPLY: "the multiple jobs dating back to 2020" would be two small electrical jobs in attic or basement with minor consequence or cosmetic aspects. This is the first time I've let Kenny take on a larger job and as you can see it was embarrassing and substandard work. I've showed this job to countless individuals since it was done to try and understand what even happened and everyone is appalled and frankly finds the work laughable. They have not offered to send back any amount of payment and their reply states they stand by their work. keep in mind nothing they offered to fix is shown in these photos these photos only show the parts of the job they "stand by". Who would be proud of this work? -

4 years agoWe had two other technicians come out in the span of 10 days, both said the ac unit needed to be replaced and compressor was going out. Called Kenny to give me an estimate for a new unit along with a new acoil but when he came out for the service call he went through the whole system and was able to fix it. If you have any hvac needs and you need an honest guy please give this company a call and they will take care of you right.

Why is hiring you for HVAC maintenance safer and more effective than doing it yourself?
Our professional approach includes detailed inspections of internal furnace components, airflow diagnostics, and precise cleaning that DIY methods often miss, preventing costly failures. We use specialized tools like flashlights for thorough checks and digital devices for accurate vent assessments, ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently. Attempting these tasks without expertise risks improper handling of refrigerants, electrical issues, or imbalanced airflow that could lead to breakdowns or safety hazards.
