A lot of plumbing had to be redone and, not surprisingly, there were a number of unexpected snags along the way. Dmitri did a great job of coordinating everything. We ended up having him install tile wainscoting as well. We couldn't be happier with the end result. Our floor and wall is beautiful. We wouldn't hesitate to use Dmitri again. -

13 years ago. Chris acid washed the tile to remove soap deposits, then removed and replaced the existing caulk and grout. He also cleaned the fixtures; they now shine like new. We opted to have the grout sealed. The process took two days. Chris did an amazing job! The tile now looks beautiful and brand new. I'd recommend this option to anyone considering replacing tile that has lost it's luster. If there was one thing I could change, it'd be to find a better way to protect the tub while working (maybe tape a tarp or thick sheet of plastic around it); there was one scratch made in the tub when Chris was removing the old grout. We should be able to touch it up it's a little bit of a bummer. Overall, Chris is a very careful and conscientious worker and we are happy with the results.
