6 years agoThere are 5 things I look for when I have to find a service: Quote Shopping - The given quote was based on the fixed rate and given to us and they stood by it. Not to mention it was the best quote out of 3 other places I checked. (google outdoor lighting fixture service, you will see those "other" 3s) "Pre"-project - They helped me to purchase the correct lighting fixtures and the making of an appointment was swift. Robert(Bob) was 10 minutes early. None of those "4 to 6" hour time frames, other service providers suggest and comes at near the end of that frame. "During"-Project - We had to purchase another fixture and Bob found the item. While I was gone to purchase the item at Home Depot, he worked on other fixtures. When one of the fixtures has an issue (something burned out), but he was quick to find the resolution based on his experience and able to correct it. Expertise and Professionalism were great. "Post"-Project - Bob explained the issue and billing. And we were able to pay the cost (as Quoted) on the spot. Human Character - No selling extra unnecessary services. None of those "oops, I tacked on something extra, to meet my monthly quota." He was honest, courteous and polite. And best of all, he is a Chiefs fan! As a cost conscious customer, but needing the quality lighting service, I strongly recommend Erbert Electric. I like to read the reviews before calling places. I hope this will help those other readers as well. -
