7 years agoThe initial meeting was great, the owner showed up on time, fully explained all that would be completed in detail. Within 2 days we had a written contract and were scheduled. They showed up as scheduled with a full crew and installed our walkway beautifully. We are very pleased with the product, the professional install and manners of the company. Now for the down side. We were left with numerous gouges in our lawn and the cobble stones that were slid toward our foundation were not spread back out to the walkway. The gouges and ruts left by their equipment required us to hire our own landscapers to repair and reseed. They left quite a mess of a well maintained property, and never even laced New seed or attempt to repair damage they created. We would call on them again, but cautiously on how much damage. -

9 years agoWe only had 3-4 major storms. Service improved as the season went on. Perhaps earlier, the people who came were less careful. Seemed to depend on who came. Some were very good, some not so much. -

9 years agoWhen we met with Steven you could tell that he had a passion for what he does. He was very honest in telling us the truth about what would look good and if something would not work. He always got back to us and would answer any of our question. We love the way the wall looks, it has added so much to the look of the house. -

9 years agoVincent and I signed a snow removal contract last year for $428. As you know he only needed to do once last year. Even this one job, he finished half way. My tenants told me that the way he did was very unprofessional and he confessed to me this was his first time to do it. This year when I tried to sign the contract again, he said that we had mis-communication regarding to the size of my driveway, and he is not going to continue to do service for me, and wish me best luck. I was extremely annoyed about this guy, and go to other service immediately. -
