1 year agoI didn't know where to go for demolishing my building. We had a tough situation, attached to a building on both sides. Very delicate deal. I got a reference for DeCarlo and found a few others doing research. Chose DeCarlo (middle of the bids) based on my conversation with Dan, the owner. He was a helluva nice guy on the phone. Anyway, they talked with the neighbors, explained and set expectations well. The process was smooth and surprisingly quick - one day to take down, and a few more to completely remove and cleanup. This was the best experience I've ever had with a sub-contractor to date. Well done. Tom -

1 year agoI highly recommend Decarlo Demolition. We had 3 very large old buildings on our Main St in Rockwell IA and Decarlo came in and made very short work of the project. They also did a very good job on bringing in fill and packing it down. We have a very nice base start building our new American Legion Club this coming spring when the temps warm up. Very easy to work with also. I would give them 10 stars if I could!! -

1 year agoTheir crew did an amazing job taking down what remained of our burned down house. One of the trucks had a large tree branch get caught between the truck and trailer. The fellow running the demolition claw saw the branch and realized it was going to be destroyed when the truck moved. He gently lifted the huge branch with his claw and motioned the truck forward, saving the tree from major damage. They are a very considerate crew. -
