7 months agoHORRIBLE!! If there was a rating below one star I would definitely use it. I hired them to remove cat urine smell in the basement of a rental and nothing they did made a dent in the smell.they charged me extra to spray the steps to the basement and that didn't even soften the smell for a day and it wasn't noted on my receipt for the extra charge. if you don't want to throw money away to the wind do not call Hambly & Son's to help you with your issue. And good luck getting someone to call you back.
