3 months agoThe work was done well to my uneducated eyes, and the handyman arrived on time. My complaint is that for installing 23.5 feet of baseboard (already cut-except one little piece) and molding around one door (already cut--just needed to be nailed on where it had been pried off), cutting off one inch of a board and lifting it to the top of a cupboard, installing a closet rod and shelf (already cut and had the hardware), they charged me $641.25. When I sent the contact man, Jeff, a text asking why it was so much, I got no response. Jeff did call a couple of times while the job was being done, asking how things were going---and at that time they were fine--until I got the charge on my card. In my opinion they charge WAY too much for the small job they did. I had planned to use this company for jobs at my house that I will be renting out while I am working out of state for a year---but at that price, and with no response after charging me---I simply can't afford to throw my money away like that for very small jobs. I would have accepted an hour--two at the most--but NOT this much. -
