6 months agoRick came out right away and gave an estimate his team came a couple of days later went in the neighbors yard to trim the tree never knocked on mine to say they were here or when they left, missed some branches called several times finally sent him an email.he came out showed him what needed to be done been almost 3 weeks they have not been back but he said it is on the list I understand being busy but only a couple of branches shouldn't take that long, did a good job with what they did and prompt -
