5 months agoAfter taking my hard earned $50 to simply tarp a garage he realized he couldn't do it so offered to give me my money back. Apparently he reconsidered his offer and went over and put the tarp on the INSIDE of the garage so he could KEEP my $50 and refuse to return it even after offering to give it back. This is NOT a trusted person to have work on your property. I've met plenty of these dirtbags in my time that promise work, get paid, don't do the work, instead do something else to justify they "did something" so they can keep the money then refuse to explain why they did something different they weren't paid for. He was also more than happy to accept a negative review because "I could stand to lose a few customers and I'd be just fine". Do you really want THIS type of guy working on your property??? I have captured all of the text messages between us and will be MORE than happy to share ANY of them with you so you can see for yourself how he handles not only his customers but also when things do go as planned. Don't expect go ever get the money back you pay him even if he can't do the work. There are dozens of reliable trustworthy honest contractors in the Cedar Rapids area better than this guy. He doesn't even care if you're unsatisfied with his work. BEWARE. -
