The movers who came with the truck and well behaved, polite and efficient. They provide great service with affordable prices. Amari the owner of the company is very trustworthy. I am very happy with their service. They deserve 5 stars!! -

1 month agoTwo hours late, charged more than quoted saying they had to make two trips, it was actually only about 20 miles. Had numerous items damaged or broken. Was told they had insurance but will not answer my requests for updates and this has been since January. -

2 months agoThey started by being one hour late. I understand they had a truck not start and they did call me so that was a us. Then had them move for me and I will say they are pretty fast and were constantly moving and working toward loading and packaging. They did break a camera which they said I could see if their insurance would pay for it. They also sometimes got a little rough with things, which I do understand some of the items are heavy. For instance freezer was slid down carpet stairs rather than carrying it down. I chose not to have them move glass or super breakable items but for the other items it worked out. I'd give them a solid 3 stars. Not terrible by any means but not 5 stars. Lastly, they went back and forth on payment. Sometimes stating they didn't take Venmo and then intimately wanting paid by Venmo. I just dealt with it but it did cost me extra money for transferring payments around. -

3 months agoI was beyond disappointed. The owner was in regular contact with me prior to my move date to confirm details - so he's very capable of being responsive. The service from my move date and beyond was awful. One of the two movers complained about the amount of things I had multiple times, they placed my shelving unit top down and scratched the entire surface dragging it across the truck and then broke a shelf out without telling me, they broke a large tv also without telling me, and the driver made large scrapes across my driveway. It's been over a month and the owner has not reimbursed me or made any mention of paying me. I've followed up weekly. He initially said his employees told his insurance company they never saw my TV on so the claim for my things was denied. Now he ignores my texts completely. In response to the owner's comment below. I called and spoke with him. He said he's disputing my review with Google and he won't do anything further to help me unless I take my review down. -
