9 years agoHorrible customer service. I was in the process of moving in my house so there was virtually nothing in the house to begin with, but they still charged me $250. When I came back to the house all I saw that was done was just the carpets that were swept. None of the walls had been wiped down, my cabinets were not wiped out, my oven was not cleaned, and there were still sticky spots on the floor where I had asked them to scrub it. When I had called to make a complaint, they told me that they were going to talk to the owner, but had never called me back. I had called multiple times that week and they still had not called me back. Finally I had gone in and demanded my money and they said that they would only refund me $50. The excuse being that it was their cleaning lady's word against mine. Pathetic. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT ANYTHING CLEANED THE RIGHT WAY. -

9 years agoI hired C& K Cleaning Services to prepare our home for new owners. I hoped they would detail the home, and really do a thorough cleaning of the whole house. Their work was outstanding, and surpassed every expectation! Prompt, professional, courteous, self-motivated. Even moved appliances to clean behind them. I would highly recommend this company.
