2 months agoI usually don't leave reviews, especially google reviews on businesses , but I live next to a complex that uses these services, and they have had trash spilling out of the sidewalk all over the road piled up , filthy trash just sitting there for weeks, and they have not came and got it. I will be leaving more reviews, calling the city, and voicing as much as possible the issue that needs to be solved. I wish I could add a photo to show how nasty it is. Horribly ran business, horrible service, I would not even give this company a phone call, let alone a single dime of money. If I could leave 0 stars I would. -

3 months agoHorrible services! Not sure if the wife runs the office and billing, whoever it is needs to be FIRED!!!! They refuse to send a paper bill, their system won't email you a bill either. They will stop service and add fees on your bill. Garbage drivers constantly miss pick up, you call and ask why the excuse is the lid on the cab isn't closed. Driver spills garbage and leaves for others to pick up. Their prices use to be cheaper then others put prices are up there with the others. Between drivers and RUDE customer service will run this trashy business to the ground! Beware of this horrible business!!! -
