We will be using Jacob again for our new furnace installation. Bryant Iowa Heating/Cooling is a great company with great employees. If u need Heat/AC services give them a call, you'll be glad u did. -

4 months agoTechnician was great! 1 star is more than reflection on price. Product under warranty. And still paid a pretty penny. Might had been cheaper if it weren't under warranty. Invoice showed no price for part. And was charged what price was next to part. House is warm, everything running ok. 1 star -

5 months agoSeemed knowledgeable. Believes a Merv 13 filter caused overheating but we have used Merv 13 filters since purchasing furnace and Bryant techs have serviced in the past and never shared we should not use MERV 13 filters. Tech mentioned there could be other parts but needed to start with MERV 8 filter and lowering the gas inflow are the starting points. My concern is only having 12 months of warranty left it will take longer than the 12 months to overheat again only to find out we need other parts. -
