3 years agoThey had done a good job with the lawn work until they sent me a letter last week saying that they would no longer be able to do the lawn due to staffing issues. They provided one name of another lawn service provider that they suggested but apparently had not worked with that provider to ensure their ability to take on new customers. Now I'm in a situation with no lawn care and have not been able to find any alternative providers in the area. I would have been much happier if they had put in the legwork to make sure that their customers that they were abandoning would have a transition to a replacement provider. At this point I would have a difficult time suggesting this service because I'm not sure if they are even still in business or will be in business in the future unfortunately. -
