3 years agoJ&R's performed a leaf clean up. Their performance was unsatisfactory. They didn't remove the leaves as promised, and they didn't finish blowing the leaves, since they ran out of daylight. All phone calls and text messages were ignored. -

3 years agoAfter placing around 20 calls to find anyone available, J&R's made no promises for today, but said they would be in touch and try to get to me this week. A couple hours later, was contacted by a rep in the field stating they could stop by and check it out, but weren't sure they could get to it today. A few minutes later I was contacted again, and quoted a price to knock out both front and back yards, and weed eat. Was sent pictures of completed work a short time later! Lawn looks amazing. Great work, great communication, timely & quality service, and multiple payment options were also offered! Thank you so much for coming through in the crunch J&R! Would definitely recommend to all! -

8 years agoUnpredictable. Never know when and if they would show. Weed control they did showed no results. Plants and trees were often mowed or weed wacked because of inattention. The last time they mowed, 12 of my 19 trees were knicked and hit. They are more concerned with quantity than quality. They want to get in, get it done and move on instead of actually taking care and pride.
