He quoted us for installing a whole-house standby generator with a 200-amp automatic transfer switch-at roughly half the price Generac quoted-and gave us 10 days to accept. Once we approved the estimate online, he helped us choose a 22 kW Honeywell (Generac) unit on sale at Costco, scheduled a convenient date, and arrived right on time. Jarrod set the generator on a concrete pad, completed all electrical work, and invoiced us for 50 % of the quote. We had a plumber run the gas line (Jarrod could have handled this through his certified HVAC partner), and after the line was in, Jarrod returned to finish the setup and activate the system via Generac's Mobile Link app. He pulled the proper electrical permits, coordinated the county inspection for the gas line, and patiently answered every question. After a successful test, he sent the final invoice. This weekend an 8-hour outage hit at 3 a.m.; the generator kicked on automatically and ran flawlessly until power was restored at 11:30 a.m., then shut itself off exactly as it should. 11 months agoWe had Jarrod come out to replace and rewire our bedroom and living room outlets while the space was open from remodel. He also replaced the wire from the meter to panel. I was extremely satisfied with the level of service Jarrod provided. He was always very friendly, professional, and courteous; always taking his shoes off in the house and cleaning up well at end of the day. I was leery at first with it being a newer company but after talking with him, it was evident he was the real deal. Of all the contractors we've used on our house renovations, he's the only one hands down I would use again. Jarrod is clearly passionate to his business, customers, and trade.
