Joel and Mason were very friendly and knowledgeable, and they were also happy to let my curious 4 year old follow them around the house while they were counting vents. I loved getting to see the before and after photos of everything and feel so much better knowing that our vents (air and dryer) are all cleaned out. I would highly recommend them to anyone! The people in the office were incredibly friendly when I called too. -

3 months agoCalled and asked for a camera inspection of my ductwork. At appointment tech said, "I'm here for an inspection, what's the issue?" I told him I wanted my ducts in my crawlspace inspected with a camera, he wanted details about why, which I explained. He insisted on seeing the attic and attached garage. I reiterated that I wanted a camera inspection of ductwork in my crawlspace. He then looked in the basement and saw damage to ductwork in the crawlspace that was visible from the basement. He said I didn't need a camera inspection because we wouldn't learn anything new. We did talk more about flaws in my system that would need to be addressed, but I could not convince the guy to get out the camera. When HVAC came to repair the damage we had seen further damage existed further into the crawlspace. Wish I had the $125 inspection fee back to pay for the repair. Consider the visit a waste.
