Roger Thompson, the project manager who provided the estimate, was transparent, straightforward, and very customer-oriented. The mitigation crew led by Jeff Reed was professional, courteous, and kept everything organized throughout the process. The restoration work-including repairing the damaged section and installing insulation and drywall on two garage walls-was completed by Mr. Scott and his son Clayton, and they did excellent work. Their craftsmanship, efficiency, and respect for the space really stood out. As a single female homeowner and navigating repairs in my first house, it meant a lot to work with a team that was trustworthy, professional, and easy to communicate with.
