New Concept gave me a timely quote, and were amazingly flexible and squeezed us in the very next week to work on our floors. When we discover more wood flooring under the linoleum, we quickly ripped it up and New Concept happily complied and refinished those floors too. Each worker that came to our home had pride in their work and very skilled in their craft. They kept us posted along the way, including after completion by suggesting the best cleaning style and brands. The floors are beyond my wildest dreams. If you need work, go to these people!!! -
