Cleaned the edge of every room on his hands and knees. Worked from the moment he got here till the moment he shook my hand and left. Clean and courteous man, I was immediately comfortable with him being in my home. Best part is he beat the prices of all the corporate outfits in town. My old carpets look incredible. I couldn't be more pleased. -
