2 months agoScheduled an appt. last week for this week for the morning. Day of, they changed it to the afternoon. Gentleman called me to address the issue and stated that the driver makes their own schedule the day of so I was bumped to the afternoon. I took the morning off of work so I could be there but I guess with Garage Doors of Indianapolis, you need to be available all day to fit into their schedule. They do not fit into yours. Great customer service idea. -
