Both Roy and Dustin were helpful with my situation regarding previously hiring a private HVAC person who sold and installed the wrong furnace for my house. I recommend giving Roy HVAC a chance to earn your trust and business. Also their technicians are friendly and clean. -

7 months agoRoy and son are very caring individuals - taking my phone call late on a Friday afternoon, responding quickly, trying to troubleshoot over the phone and then coming on Saturday morning to check out the furnace, determine what was wrong, went and got the parts and came back and fixed. The guy I had come out Friday morning said I needed a new furnace because the heat exchanger was bad but salesman couldn't come out until MONDAY - RRALLY - it's cold outside and in the house as well - and not until MONDAY! So...I will NEVER use Godby Heating again -I'm going to use Roy Roger from now on because they care and provide real SERVICE and saved me a whole lot of money by fixing my Trane furnace.
